Gay Schreiber is Co-President of McCormack Schreiber Legal Search. Gay has been a legal recruiter in Chicago for well over a decade, and has over 20 years of combined experience as a legal recruiter and, formerly, as a practicing attorney. She earned her B.A., magna cum laude, in 1983 from Emory University. She earned her J.D. in 1986 from Boston University School of Law. Gay's legal experience includes practicing for 8 years as a litigation attorney with Winston & Strawn LLP in Chicago. Gay regularly meets and consults with law firms and companies about attorney hiring strategies and objectives. She also speaks before legal and professional organizations about attorney recruiting and career issues.
